Figma Concept Sketch
Concerns:
- Needs minimal interactivity? (Is too linear?)
- Passive reader/user

- I like that you have a strong grounding in your concept. The focus on materials is helpful as well, as the visuals will translate well to a web context.
- Your project brief does sound broad though — so we may want to narrow it down a bit. For example - you talk about objects occurring in digital space
- Ultimately I leave it to you to convey the best way to talk about material feminism. But one idea to consider to help make this website more of a ‘nonlinear narrative’ than an informative piece, is to essentially have images that link with one another, maybe with a quote or some additional text. The reader can draw connections between the different materials, and start to come up with an idea of what they stand for - you may not need to be super explicit about this. I suppose the idea here is — how can you have the reader feel the subject matter, rather than just intellectually understand it?
- What you have here looks great though — so go with whatever feels comfortable for this project.
- This project definitely does not require much interactivity besides hyperlinking page, so you’re all good there!
- As a next step here, I’d recommend you take another stab at designing in Figma before coding (as it’s much easier to move/change things around in Figma)
